Live Life service users have the chance to go on short breaks, usually over a weekend, to many different places. We usually do a few trips to Centre Parcs every year and we visit some other places including Edinburgh Zoo, Cadbury World in Birmingham, Kielder Forest, Alton Towers and many more. Short breaks give our service users independence and more confidence as well as going on a fun and enjoyable trip with friends.

Short breaks give service users the chance to have fun as well as learn and develop new skills such as cooking, looking after themselves in terms of personal hygeine, living with other people and being active in the community. The aim is to have fun and the objective is to learn skills away from home and to develop independent living skills.
